Thank you to our DofE students!

 

In volunteering week we celebrated the huge contribution made by the students who are volunteering as part of their Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) programme. 

 

We have 160 students taking DofE at Bronze, Silver and Gold Award level and these students gain so much from the expedition, skills and physical sections of the award. 

 

They also benefit from the volunteering that they do as part of the award and it is great to be able to celebrate the social value of this element that also benefits our local community. 

 

Thank you to the students for their work and also thank you to the staff in school and to all those in the community who enable this volunteering success!
