Former student, Sophie Thornhill, has won gold in 2018 Commonwealth Games in the women's blind and visually impaired sprint. The defending champion won two of the three races with pilot Helen Scott to beat Australia to win her third Commonwealth Games title. We are so proud of her - well done Sophie!
