Sixth Form Registration 25th & 26th August
Information for Offer Holders
Once you are in receipt of your GCSE results, please firstly check that you have achieved the entry requirements for the Sixth Form and for each subject you have opted to study. This information can be found below in the prospectus.
Please email sixthformsupport@phs.cheshire.sch.uk to accept your place, confirming the subjects you wish to study. If you are requesting a change of subject we will make every effort to meet your request but the decision will be dependent on course numbers following confirmation of offers already held by other applicants. Please include a telephone number where you are contactable on your email. Please do not use any other email addresses for registration enquiries as they may not be accessed at this time.
Once registration is complete, we will advise you of arrangements for the start of term on Monday 5th September.
Applicants from other schools should include a scanned copy of their GCSE results with their registration email.
